Phillip Colmar, managing partner and global strategist at MRB Partners, joins BNN Bloomberg. Colmar says the Canadian economy is highly susceptible to higher rates and he warns about contradictory tendencies in house prices similar to what we saw in the U.S. in the late 2000s.
